The décor in each bedroom has been carefully planned to make your stay all the more enjoyable. Our two ground floor bedrooms overlook our Award Winning Garden whilst all the upper bedrooms enjoy sea views looking out at the glorious sunsets over The Wash.

Breakfast (which is included in the tariff) is served in the bright and airy Dining Room overlooking the Garden and Patio. A Traditional Full English Breakfast is offered together with a Selection of Fruit Juices, Cereals, Yoghurts, Grapefruit Segments and homemade Fruit Compote. Kippers, Smoked Salmon, Bagels, Croissants and Continental Style Breakfasts or any special requests are also available by ordering the preceding evening.
Our well appointed Residents’ Lounge has comfortable sofas where guests are invited to sit and relax, perhaps with a drink from our Licensed Bar. There is a selection of books and magazines, as well as Daily and Local Newspapers. For the comfort of all our guests, we ask those who wish to smoke to use the Garden or Patio.
